I love to listen to girly music when I'm drawing and "First Aid Kit" is one band I'm listening to a lot recently. It just makes me want to draw flowers and pretty girls all day. Actually I wanted to do realistic portraits of the two girls, but then it became more of a mood picture and I didn't care about likeness anymore.
After I finished this piece I decided to do the real portraits anyways ( which was a lot of fun) but I will post them tomorrow or on Wednesday.

Your sketch is incredibly vibrant. I would love to see the immediacy of the piece captured in the final illustration.
I agree! It is still a problem for me to get the immediacy into my final illustrations.
But I keep on trying and experimenting! :)
I did a story based on this illustration ^ ^. It's serious. I loved this image.

Do you sell this? I think it's lovely, and my daughter is a huge fan of First Aid Kit.
It is kind of funny that Klara is holding her guitar backwards, but still charming. <3
